Please log onto your account, head to the ‘My Account’ section and update your e-mail address there. If you require us to re-send your ticket(s), please send an e-mail to the details below, including your Order ID and we can re-send.

You can select the ‘forgotten password’ option on the login page which will send you a new password. If this is unsuccessful, please call us or drop us an e-mail on the contact details below with your name, full address and mobile number.
> I've forgotten my username, what should I do?
Your username is the e-mail address used to register your account. You will have also received your order confirmation to this address. If you cannot remember your username, please call us or send us an e-mail on the contact details below with your name, full address and mobile number. Alternatively, try logging-in via Facebook
> Can I order tickets over the phone?
All ticket purchases need to be made online, this enables you to change your account details immediately and look at any orders you have made previously.
> The event has been cancelled or postponed, what can I do?
If you haven’t already been contacted or refunded, please call us or send us an e-mail on the contact details below with your name and Order ID.
> I’ve ordered my tickets to come in the post- can I change these to e-tickets?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change the delivery method for your tickets once it has been processed. Ticket purchases are final and cannot be amended after processing.
> I’ve entered the incorrect e-mail address, what should I do?
If you wish to change the e-mail address your order confirmation/ticket(s) are being sent to, you will need to login to your account, using the incorrect e-mail address. You will then need to head to ‘My Account’ section, where you can update your e-mail address. Once completed, please get in touch, and we can re-send your order confirmation/ ticket(s).
> I haven’t received my order confirmation, what do I do?
First, check all junk and spam folders. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation, please call us or send us an e-mail on the contact details below with your name, full address and mobile number
> Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable or re-sellable. If you chose to take our refund protection when you purchased your tickets, you can contact TicketPlan, who will be able to advise you further by following the website attached: www.ticketplangroup.com
> Can I have my Refund Protection refunded?
Refund Protection is an option you must un-tick during the checkout process if you do not require it. There is a 14 day cooling off period, so we are happy to refund this if it falls within this window. Please drop us an e-mail on the contact details below with your Order ID number to action this.
> Can I sell my ticket?
The re-sale of any ticket(s) purchased through our website is prohibited, only the named ticket holder can redeem that ticket. Tickets found in the possession of anyone but the named ticket holder will become void without a refund issued.
> Can I change the name on my ticket?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the name on a ticket. Once a ticket has been processed, it is final, and must be redeemed by the named ticket holder only. This is stated during the checkout processed to clarify and avoid confusion.
> Can I have my tickets separately, rather than as one?
Unfortunately, we are not able to split your ticket, as this is how the event organiser has set the tickets up. As per our terms and conditions, the named ticket holder is required to redeem the ticket and is responsible for the entry of their party.
> What should I do if I’ve lost my ticket?
Unfortunately, Ticket Arena cannot be held accountable for any lost or stolen ticket(s)
> How can I see my booking details?
Your booking details are all contained within your order confirmation; otherwise you can log into your Ticket Arena account and view all details of your order
> What is the booking fee?
Booking fees are added to each ticket. They cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service.
> How do I know if my order has generated?
